Introduction

• If you do every single thing described in these pages, you will have perfect African violets.
• If you do most of them, your violets will look O.K., but they won't be outstanding.
• If you do only one or two of them, you may mananage to keep your violets alive after you bring them back from the store.

Not to say that looking after African violets is simple. There is a lot you need to do, especially at the beginning. But none of it is hard to do.
