Fade Resistant Peonies
Over time peony colours will fade in direct sunlight; there are many varieties of peony which start out pale pink and end up pure white. Other colours fade as well. However, if a peony is deeply coloured, then fading is much less noticeable. The following peonies are quite resistant to fading over time:
Kansas, Maestro, Paul M. Wild, and Sword Dance.
